Have you tried local library services? Maybe they have a PDF you can use for 2 weeks. Our local university (USF - Tampa, FL) appears to have a copy:

I live in a small city and the public library doesn't have it, but as it turns out our university does. I know someone who works there and they'll borrow it and loan it to me. I'm a very lucky guy - and still wondering why this item is for IA users with print disabilities only, all 3 copies. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
