as we have some big white snowflakes finally, on one side we have tree removal guys, highest branches on the highest power lines, then these trucks with the drills on them. to put new telephone polls, in you can see a lot of mud on those drills, and then, on this side, we have the west pen power company guys. so the whole crew is here. these guys shut off the electricity, these guys replaced the telephone polls, these guys take the trees down over the downed wires, and they seem to have full stomachs, and that means a full day ahead, here, in bethlehem. expect the big wet snow to take down more tree branches and possibly more people without power. so to the right of us, see the plow guys starting to salt the roads, snow coming down, lehigh valley airport right across from us, where

start getting cranked up over the next couple of hours as far as precipitation is concerned. so you see that the line between rain and snow is trying to move a little further northwards. and starting to see the snow fill in a little bit more. still few dry slots up around mount pocono, in the lehigh valley, we see some snow falling at heaviest rate around upper darby maybe lower erion there. darby maybe lower and then some heavy rain, odessa, town's end delaware, where we are seeing rain and only rain. may stay that way for the rest of the day, but see the area of snow expanding by 11:00, 12:00. and the line between the rain and the snow moving away, so, we could even finish up with a couple of snowflakes in atlantic city but that's just as the storm is ending. ending time, say, 7:00-ish. this evening. so we continue to watch that. we will continue to watch these wind gusts, because this is the real danger with the winds and the wet heavy snow. 29-mile per hour winds gusts in philadelphia, later on
